  13. It fails us by GOP's circular "logic": Rethuglicans say govt doesn't work, so they should be hired to reduce it. They get hired, drag heels to ensure govt doesn't work. Biden got more done against these Bozos than anyone in my lifetime, but got little credit because of the long - planned failure of our secondary schools! All voters should know the President's impact on the economy is modest, gradual, and delayed!
