  2. The club name seems to date back to the Little Rascals of Our Gang, a series of short films made from 1922 through 1944, by producer Hal Roach, who also made Laurel and Hardy films. [Little Rascals TV show of 1994's description leads with "girl hating club".] If I saw 3 episodes when I was 4, I missed the girl haters club angle. Was not that into them, just dimly aware that's where use of Alfalfa & Buckwheat as nicknames came from.

  7. ​ @directActionGaming-4u  With no government intervention, birth rates are declining (worldwide). Two Bit daVinci did a good video on it. I suspect environmental hazards, as well as income inequality making parenthood more challenging and risky. This is great news for Mother Nature, but not for the pyramid scheme of Social Security, or for other taxation strategies. For the foreseeable future, we do & will need immigrants to the US.
