  5. David, please cover how big ag is aggressively driving out of business the locavore producers who give alternatives to ultraprocessed food products! This is being done with the law on the side of the corporate giants. FDA, USDA, and more agencies need serious funding and redesign! My body has rejected commercial chicken for almost 30 years, and now also reacts badly to most of the beef. I recently learned about Cargill's soybean production practices, which adds a "bad taste" to my friendship with tofu. The oils in nonmeat food products are bad for us and for the environments where they are produced by massive monoculture.
