  59.  @TheodoraKimmelHello  our endocannabinoid system transports and degrades lipids into biochemicals ... a cannabinoid is C-21/ C-24 ( Carbon) ... that is the shape /structure while the molecular weight is around 314 G/mol to 347 G/mol ..... we accumulate essential fatty acids ( EFAs) from the diets ( omega three/ omega six/ nine ) ... Why? we can only make C-9 in the cell ... after reaching C-9, cells then sequester phospholipids ( EFAs) from the bi-layer to form a full C-21/C-24 endocannabinoid... endocananbinoid is a biochemical compound that makes signaling receptors possible in the cell ... so the cell uses fatty acid binding proteins and Epoxides to Crystalize a cannabinoid receptors channel for the biochemical to express into ( confirmation of change) . ther are Thousands or articles, research papers on this and the research is just starting you can look into this without ever using cannabis in the wording or cannabinoids etc... look up specialized pro resolving lipid mediators ... ( Resolvins) . they are cannabinoids with out stating directly of the label as such . as to ( ECS) endocannanbinoid system and how cannabis effects that system ... there are numerous molecules and whatnot in the cannabis plant that are metabolically active ... phytocannabinoids bio mimic endocannabinoids ... phytocannabinoids are non selective metabolites in the ECS ... that means safe and cannot in any way select for a biochemical pathway but will go where cells need them . ECS consists of 70 trillion cells , all metabolically active tissue cells use cannabinoid siognaling to maintain them . predicted that each of those cells signal 15 thousand cannabinoids per second per cell ... so add up 70 till + 15k a second per and you have an idea of all that activity.... ther is so much more I could post here ( days I could go on)........ no time however to do that

  237.  @rustyshackleferd7200  ok, I'll try and explain myself better ... did any of those Harms you mention come about in research of endocananbinoid system or other "" tests"" that do not mention endocananbinoid system or its function ETC....? this - NIDA research the last 45 years has been only approved " marijuana" research ... you think there was bias there or what ? I mean there are over 25 cannabinoid drugs on market !!!!! over 500 medical patents for cannabinoids and their derivatives like fatty acid binding proteins and Epoxides ( mostly all found with endocananbinoid research ) . Marinol / dronabinol / Cesamet / Syndros / Nabilone / and many more Epidiolex ! a cannabis tincture approved by FDA , DEA took it completely off scheduling here is the ECS explained ... ECS is part of all metabolically active tissue in man . ECS is the buffer to fats we eat as ECS relies on essential fatty acids to even make a signaling cananbinoid . we can make up to C-11 and then need to pull from the phospholipid bi-layer more EFAS to complete the cannabinoid signal ( C-21 / C-22) this is why ECS is a buffer ... ECS transports all lipids we consume into the cells for later sequestering of them to form intracellular communication with the extracellular space ( the matrix) ..... ECS is the only neurotransmitters to form signaling in retrograde ( post to pre) .... with all that here is the actual action ... 70 trillions cells in man each signaling 15,000 biochemicals a second per cell is eCS in action ... Each cannabinoid touches interior of cell 7 times before finalizing ( 7 trans membrane super family of receptors) the signal ... we create endocananbinoids on demand .... they are not stored but the EFAs are store4 to make them when needed . phytocannabinoids in free flow circulation ( if man ingests cannabis plant ) non selectively metabolize into cannabinoid receptors located on 70 trillion cells . all endocannabinoids are selective and exogenous cannabinoids are non selective ( Safe) ... Therapeutic index for phytocannabinoids is 50,000 to 1 , they are that safe. a few links - importance of PUFAS/HUFAS for brains https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffcm&q=importance+of+PUFAS%2FHUFAS+for+brains&atb=v165-1&ia=web role of essential fatty acids in the formation of endocananbinoids https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffcm&q=role+of+essential+fatty+acids+in+the+formation+of+endocananbinoids&atb=v165-1&ia=web Anti-inflammatoryω-3 endocannabinoid epoxides https://www.pnas.org/content/pnas/114/30/E6034.full.pdf I've read hundreds of these over the years and this is totally random just for you type of post ... hop you enjoy it !~
