@braderslooloo THC is better for pain in many cases . and insomnia .. CBN is the best one for sleep

it could take up to one solid month of continual ingestion of CBD to notice effects ... addd THC into that and effects are noticed in secinds

@Jay-sd9ye a 50/50 blend is good ... even way less THC than CBD would activate the CBD . a tiny amount of THC in any CBD formula will make it 75% more effective
