You have to be the only doctor on the internet that recommends people consume sugar when the rest are screaming that stuff is bad news. 11-12 % of the world are now suffering from type 2 diabetes and heart disease, going blind and losing legs from that rotten stuff and you're praising it. We never had it until about three hundred years ago and we never had it in such quantities until the second world war. Learn something about it. It's now in EVERYTHING.

  2. It seems to me that you've never noticed that "sugar" is a highly processed non-food. It is also 50% fructose and the rest of glucose. Not much better than corn syrup.

  3. Glucose is ALWAYS AVAILABLE. EVEN IF YOU DON'T EAT SUGAR. I was taken off all sugars, fruits and most vegetables thirty years ago by an immunologist. I've never eaten anything sweet since. It got rid of all my arthritic problems in just a few days.

  5. Andrew, have you ever looked into where the Ketogenic diet came from? High-fat NO SUGAR for children with Epilepsy. And it worked. I think you'll find it works for ADHD as well.
