  2. What a magnificent change this is going to make to the whole country. Even when these prisoners are released they will make a real difference to their country. They will expand it.

  3. I would never have expected so much control of so many by other prisoners and it works so well. The incentive of course is what makes it work, brilliantly.

  5. If all prisons worked this way, we would have a healthy population and much cheaper goods and services that they could provide. If they're going to prison, they may as well work for their food and keep.

  7. In Britain the Prisons are overcrowded and the country has not nearly enough houses. How about making use of these prisoners in this case and many more. Teach them a trade, especially the ones that don't even speak English.

  8. If they can build schools, (and they do) then they can build homes for people too.
