  1. I will never stop consuming milk and cream. Cheese has a nasty effect on me because I have a leaky gut problem and cheese gives me severe arthritic problems so I cannot touch it. But milk, cream, and butter have no effect on me and I absolutely love it. I'm now seventy-three and it's a good part of my diet. What they add to cheese and yoghurt I don't know, but it does some painful things to me.

  2. Actually skim milk was once poured out for the pigs, it was good for them. They loved it. Now we pay just as much for it as we pay for the real thing.

  3. Well people can keep drinking fake milks, made from all sorts of nuts, seeds and grains but they don't have the nutrients that milk has. Real milk without sugars and flavours.
