For a so called expert, you have no idea what good food is. I'm so sorry for your father, but he didn't die of a heart attack from eating meat. And the massive amount of meat in a Big Mac is the least in it. Animal fat never harmed anyone. Seed oils and sugar does all the damage you're blaming on meat. Go vegan and see what it does to you. No one eats three meat meals a day. The vast majority shove corn down their necks as soon as they wake. Sugar. Load it up with more sugar, and then add more and more of it throughout the day. Enjoy your cornflakes.

You eat soy, soy goes into all packaged foods and the animals eat the rest of the plant. People just eat the beans and squeeze the oils out of it. So where and why are the animals doing the damage?

The animals are fed the scraps that humans don't eat. We eat the seeds from a plant and they get the rest. Where is this waste?

@k.h.8119 Your scientific evidence in seriously one eyed. Perhaps you should see the other side before shoving me out of the way. Veganism has only been around about sixty years and most people give it up after about two. There's a good reason for that.

You can stick, fast foods where you think they belong.

@Warrior_Resisting_Colonialism Yes, with soy, wheat, sugar cane, and that other crap that people eat. It's still the leftovers that is given to the cattle. Don't try denying it, it's been going on for a couple of hundred years. In the US as well. That's why those poor animals are locked up in boxes.

What do you mean "plant based is better for animals?" If you get your way, the animals will die. Farmers don't keep pets.

Boy, are you up in the air. Blaming meat for diabetes and climate change. Where's the sugar in meat? Animal products account for 3% of global emissions and cement accounts for 9%. But Animals put theirs back into the ground when allowed to feed properly on grass. Don't blame the animals when it's the fault of people.

@StarterVillian Then you explain it to me. Let's see how much knowledge you have on this subject. I've only been doing it for thirty years.

@Warrior_Resisting_Colonialism It's not being given to the cattle. Cattle can graze on billions of acres of land that people can't grow grain on. They just prefer to lock them up in boxes. The grain growers have taken all the land away from the animals. Millions of square miles, sprayed with toxins to grow seeds that make oils that are not fit for human consumption. They are causing serious illness and mental illness and we are letting them get away with it. Think about it. Back in the 60s. No one was fat, no one was having heart attacks or type 2 diabetes and everyone smoked. Still they were thin and healthy.

@Picci25021973 Have it your way. They eat gold and silver.
