  1. It isn't enough. China used to buy millions of tons of plastic but they closed the doors. Now what? We need to use plastic as road-fill. It's tough, it can be used as bricks, it can be used instead of concrete floors. Huge things that we use other things for. It can't get back into the sea if you put it into huge building materials.
