  1. We didn't have this problem when food was food and supermarkets didn't exist. You're not old enough to remember those days. When there was a butcher and a greengrocer on every corner and we had to go to the dairy to get the rest. That's all we needed. No chemicals.

  2. The obvious think regarding food is to only buy things that don't need labels. I do. It doesn't come in a box, only one item at a time. A vegetable, a fish, a meat. Eggs. Simple isn't it?
