I've lived alone for thirty years and am not depressed at all. Think up another reason why the brain should suffer. My diet is rich is meat, fat, fish and eggs. I live a sugar free diet and drink no alcohol so nothing creates an imbalance in my diet. My cholesterol is high and it doesn't worry me as I'm now over seventy years old. People who live a poor diet will suffer I suspect far worse especially if it's high in sugar or alcohol or both. Any fool knows what a sugary treat does to a small child, in no time at all they're climbing the walls, then they crash. This is no different to depression.

If you're going to buy something from the supermarket, first look at the label. Many labels have fifty items that are unrecognizable chemicals. Put it back on the shelf. The only items worth buying in the supermarket now, has no labels.

If you pick up a carton or package in the supermarket and look at the ingredients, you may often find fifty items that are plain and simply chemicals. The only things worth buying and eating today don't have labels.

You simply may not be eating enough, or perhaps not enough fat. Sleep should be the least of your problems.

People never seem to realize that their brain is sixty percent fat and twenty percent cholesterol. Don't starve your brain. If you eat a healthy diet with fresh food, you'll have no need of medications or additives.
