If you don't eat vegetables, you don't have to worry about the microbiome because the microbiome that attack the vegetable matter won't be there. The digestive system takes care of itself. Our body isn't stupid, it knows what it needs.

Plants are no good for me and I really don't find them pleasant to eat. They just make a larger pack of poop that you have to carry around that scratches the digestion for no reason at all. If you don't eat vegetables, you don't fart, and you don't have to suffer with constipation as there's nothing there to cause it. The fact is, what you do need in the gut is fat, it's the one thing that stops constipation. It helps food slide down the track. Doctors always talk about "more fluids" which is not the right thing to do. Water and fluids always go into the bloodstream and out through the kidneys. Fats and oils stay in the digestive system and continue through the bowel.
