  3. I was thin and forty when I was put on a pill that more than doubled my weight in a year. Worse still, I couldn't lose it for more than twenty-five years. It seriously effected my entire system, and I'm now seventy-one and finally have lost thirty kg of it after being placed on a thyroid med. All these years. There was nothing wrong with my diet, it just wouldn't come off.
