  1. Try praising keto for a change, no one on keto has diabetes type 2. No one who lives on meat and fish without a sugary diet suffers with type 2.

  2. Obesity is not hard work, cutting down on the sugar and eating a decent amount of fatty meat and fish would fix that completely. Doctors don't believe it and they don't practice it, so they don't tell their patients either. No one needs to be fat.
