Not only is plant meat helping to destroy the land but the machinery and toxins are killing off the insect population very fast too. We can't grow plants without insects. Bees are down 40% because of modern farming. We can't afford to lose them. We can't fertilize our own plants.

90% of fast food is already just carbohydrates. The meat is wrapped in bread, the chicken is wrapped in a thick layer of breadcrumbs and something you can't recognize. The fish is also wrapped in batter or breadcrumbs so you can't find what you bought. Then everything else is oily potato chips and cookies or ice cream and coke.

@korvaamiko66 Oh, potatoes never hurt anyone that's healthy and thin. They're only warned off the fat or people with type 2.

@korvaamiko66 Yes, that's true actually. I'm seventy so I remember the days when people were thin and there really aren't many around now unless they're under twenty.😏😍
