There are two things I've learned in my long life. 1. Animal fat is far better for us. Butter and lard all the way. If you're a vegan coconut oil OK. 2. You don't need any if you live with an air fryer. They're cheap, they work superbly, they keep the kitchen really clean and even if you had to buy one, once every year, you'd save money.

Everyone smoked, less people have died from cigarettes than from sugar. So... which is the worst?

And where do you get sustainable palm oil when it's grown all over Malaysia and they're using child labour. Where the palms aren't being grown the rest of the country is used as a rubbish dump by other countries.

Even the experts can't tell olive oil from the fake stuff anymore. And you can't say it's all real, there just aren't enough olive trees in the world.

Well the trans fats in meat are also in us. People, especially vegans forget they and we are made of meat.

@richardpetty9159 Well your logic states you squeeze everything out of food that it's impossible do so. If you do that with meat, you'd end up with what might look like a lump of rope. Would you eat that? How much energy would you get out of that. How much in the way of nutrients? Less than sugar. You have a strange idea of logic my young friend. We can't remove what we're made of. It would be like draining the blood and surviving without it.
