If it's not going to rain, what do you want the government to do? A rain dance? Maybe the next goverment (when they get in) can build 50 new dams around the country in the few years they're in before they're voted out for wasting money.

@Satya2btrue Have you ever lived beside a lake that was made by a dam in Australia? I have. The water came from the hills, there was no fish from the rain and it made huge lakes when the dam was built. It was magnicent. Just for you info, you should have realized my last post was absolutely sarcastic. Those dams I was talking about will never be built.
