Sounds like people trying to avoid processed food are making more of it themselves. Whatever happened to eating good old meat, and veg, fish and eggs? There's nothing at all wrong with saturated fat. That isn't in ultra processed food. It's too bloody expensive for processed food.

I cook everything, absolutely everything. It takes me little time, makes little mess in an air fryer and microwave. I don't even use a frypan anymore.

All these artificial sweeteners and sugary drinks that young women and children guzzle out of control. One might wonder if it has anything to do with it. Not to mention the hundreds of additives; chemicals, artificial colours, flavours, preservatives in oh so many foods and cereals in the stores.

Oh dear. Another saturated fat demon. You do know we've been eating it for thousands of years. it's the oils, the seed oils that are new and dangerous. They've only been around in abundance for about sixty years and it's in all factory made food.

Well, if it's artificial light, I should have been dead thirty-five years ago.

tea or coffee? Is he alright? Tea is a dried leaf, and coffee is a dried, roasted bean. So what? Now start talking about ultra processed food and stop talking crap.

Don't blame salt for the serious damage that sugar does. If you have too much salt, you just get thirsty and drink to level it off. Sugar is dangerous to all parts of the body and brain.

Zoe Harcombe is the nutritionist you be reading from if you want to something about food and infestation of the digestive system. Oils and sugars are dangerous because nothing can feed off them. Oh, I forgot, cancers feed off glucose. No wonder our diet is so bad for cancer.

How many labels do you find saturated fat written on? NONE! You're going on and on about salt and fat, what about the artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and chemicals that you don't recognise the names of? If you have a complaint stop talking about the natural stuff.
