  2. If it were just sodium I wouldn't have any complaints but it isn't. It's MSG and that's a completely different kettle of seasoning. That's really nasty stuff. Salt won't hurt you, we need it and it just makes you thirsty. MSG is a chemical that was created and is not natural. It's one thing for a very small amount to be added to some Chinese dishes but in most fast foods it's dumped in too much. Much too much.

  3. There's nothing wrong with fat, as long as it's animal fat. It's the crappy oils you need to worry about. I don't know what is in those packets but I can't imagine it's animal fats.
