Excuse me... What is an animal based equivalent to a seed oil? You said it. What is an animal based seed oil equivalent? Also, even the experts can't tell the difference between real olive oil and fake olive oil anymore. You try telling me where all these olives grow that service all the olive oil in bottles in every supermarket all over the world. You're dreaming if you think it comes from olives.

What makes you seriously think that all those chemicals in plants are so good for you? Your digestive system copes perhaps but it doesn't mean they're good for you. As you get older and arthritis develops etc., you might think it's just a case of you're getting old. But no, it's what you've been eating, the chemicals in plants, Salicylates, Oxalates, and many more that do kill insects. Plants don't want to be eaten, they only want their seeds to be taken and spread, usually by the birds that can carry them far. Any small child will turn their nose up at the vegetable matter you're so proud of. They know what is good for them.

If you're going to eat honey or Maple syrup, you may just as well eat brown sugar. Honey has more fructose and for all I know, so does Maple syrup.

I've always eaten natural food but I became epileptic when I was 29 and when I wa 39 was put a drug that accelerated my weight so much that I tried starving myself. My weight doubled in a year. Drugs can be so dangerous, that I would recommend you never take one without checking out about them first. Thirty years have gone by, and I've never got back to my normal weight.

You have become a slave to a machine as well as sugar. It's impossible to be completely empty of glucose because the body makes it. The body makes all the glucose you require.

Quite agree but sugar is the poison. Caffeine won't kill you unless you drink gallons of it. Sugar is the poison.

There's actually no medical or physical need for carbohydrates. The body requires only glucose and it is quite capable of making all the glucose it needs out of fat. So if you want to eat vegetables - no problem - but we really can live without them as many humans have in the past.

Well, in the first one minute of your discussion gentlemen I would have to say two things. First that even water, if you drink too much of it can be lethal and secondly that it definitely addictive as I've been addicted to it for decades, since I gave up tea thirty years ago. I drink it now with cream, no sugar all day, nothing else.

We have the teeth of both but the hands to be capable of tearing things to bits. This is why we have a brain made of fat and cholesterol totally 80%. We don't want to starve it.

Oils that don't contain saturated fats can't reduce your saturated fats, they can however make you sicker. Lard is 45% saturated fat, Butter is 55% saturated and Coconut oil is 95% saturated. What is not being told, is these are the best of the bunch. Seed oils are dangerous.

The ketogenic diet is over a hundred years old and has been successful over all that time with epilepsy, type 2 diabetes, obesity, heart disease, kidney disease, fatty liver and many other disorders including mental illnesses. Perhaps if you want to know something about the ketogenic diet, you should learn something from the experts and not call on someone who is literally one eyed on the subject.

Don't lower your cholesterol. Your body doesn't make stuff to kill you. Your brain is more than 20% cholesterol, don't starve it.

I think these people who get over active heart racing from a cup of coffee just should have it a little weaker, they're just not used to it. Their eyes probably pop right out as well.๐
