I think she's working for them. She has to be to praise them so much. The whole world knows how dangerous they are.

Absolutely correct. Saturated fat though, never harmed anyone, just the sugar.

Then perhaps you can explain why many people that suffer heart attacks and die from them don't have high cholesterol?

Oils that don't contain saturated fats can't reduce your saturated fats, they can however make you sicker. Lard is 45% saturated fat, Butter is 55% saturated and Coconut oil is 95% saturated. What is not being told, is these are the best of the bunch. Seed oils are dangerous.

Don't lower your cholesterol. Your body doesn't make stuff to kill you. Your brain is more than 20% cholesterol, don't starve it.
