So all these blended oils are still coloured and flavoured to make them look and taste like butter. They're so doctored unnaturally, you're far better off using the real thing, which is pure and natural butter and cream.

@FreeFromAllThings Go back in history, The second w.w. when those disgusting oils were rare, and so was sugar, we were all thin and healthy. Even though we all smoked there was far less illness then. And don't blame it on TV sets and computers. We don't all sit around all day. But most people are now eating less meat and vegetables and a lot more wheat products with oil. Oh, and don't forget the sugar in everything.

What's so unhealthy about animal fats? People didn't start having heart attacks until sugar was shoved into everything in the supermarket, including bread. People are eating too much wheat, products and corn which just turns into sugar in your stomach.

Coconut oil is the highest by far in saturated fat. 95% where as butter is 55% and lard is 45%. It's harmless. Our body is made from the stuff. It hasn't killed us in millions of years, it doesn't make us fat or give us heart disease. All that is down to sugar and carbohydrates like wheat and corn. Cereals that have been dumped on us since the second world war, in abundance. Eat this stuff at your own risk.

Count all the bottles of olive oil in the supermarkets in the world, every city, town, country everywhere and then think about how many olive trees there are that only produce fruit once a year. Is it possible? Even the experts can't tell the difference between the fake and the mixed stuff. It's too easy to flavour and colour it these days.

We humans have a tiny amount of trans fat in us but it's the natural stuff. Don't worry. Keep eating true natural food, it won't harm you.

Excuse me... What is an animal based equivalent to a seed oil? You said it. What is an animal based seed oil equivalent? Also, even the experts can't tell the difference between real olive oil and fake olive oil anymore. You try telling me where all these olives grow that service all the olive oil in bottles in every supermarket all over the world. You're dreaming if you think it comes from olives.
