  1. The one area that people absolutely refuse to see is, animals. Eating animals instead of all the toxic rice, wheat, corn, soy, sugar, and seeds that are grown for oils that take up such a massive amount of land when, for the most part meat and fish is only eaten once a day. That's all. People talk about eating vegan, but people who only eat vegetables, never stop eating.

  2. One meal a day, eating meat or fish is much better than eating six vegetable meals. I would eat "perhaps" one cow a year. A vegan, well, your guess is anyone's.
