All sweeteners are dangers if you want to lose weight. All carbohydrates are bad for you if you want to lose weight. Fat never made anyone fat and if you want to lose weight fat is what you should be eating, lots of it. It keeps you feeling full so you will only eat one or two meals a day.

You will learn one day that sugar does not belong in the diet. Everything in the supermarket is loaded with sugar. If it's in a packet, leave it on the shelf. Fat will never make you fat. It will however help you to lose weight if you can cut out the sugar because you cannot eat much of it. You will stay full much longer eating meat, fatty food and plenty of vegetables.
