At the age of 29 I became so seiousely ill, that I was no longer able to work for the rest of my life. It was 13 years before I was diagnosed with sensitivity to almost everything you can place on a plate. Last year at the age of 66 I gave up milk and it finally got rid of the last of the Arthritis I had in my lower limbs. Yes I now live on meat, Salmon, Eggs, butter and Cream with the occasional cup of coffee. That's about all I can cope with. I've been doing that for years now and now I've got rid of the milk problem am without pain for the first time in 38 years. AND HAPPY~

@ConicalRamirez Yes, I gave up all dairy to start with but I found that butter and cream don't affect me. There is no lactose in butter and cream, also no protiens leaving me with just the fats which is probably the reason I can manage them.

@hannibalthe1st565 Surprisingly only a matter of a few days. If I remmeber correctly I believe it was four days. I went from being unable to open my hands or turning them over to being able to snap my fingers like a school kid. Just to add a note; this diet requires plenty of water and not to forget the salt. Good salt, hymalayan pink salt.

@tenazrael Yes it may be the lactose or the proteins in the milk but I'm not the only one that has arthritic problems with milk. Looking it up on the net I've found I should have seen it years ago.

@ConicalRamirez Yes it did still have a negative effect on me and I never drank that much milk but you would be better off leaving it alone completely because of the lactose content and replacing it with cream or butter and if you don't like it in tea try coffee instead. I sure hope this is helpful. Antoinette.
