For one thing you cannot live without B12 and it wasn't even discovered until 1945 so people couldn't live without animal products before then; and may I say a bloody lot of them. There has NEVER EVER BEEN A VEGAN ON THIS PLANET UNTIL THE 1960s.

  5. The only way we're ever going to bring the earth back from desert is to bring back the animals we've destroyed. We took the people off the land, we took the buffalo off the land and the land died. We know this happened. Now we're killing the rest of it with weed killers and machines to turn it over and seed it for wheat and corn and sunflower seeds and all the other junk food oils to grow while the animals are boxed up. The animals looked after the land.

  6.  @colinmaharaj  That's hard work. There aren't many good vegan fats. They're a few but they're rare and expensive. Coconut is the best by far and olive oil of coulrse if you can find the real thing.

  12.  @clairewheeler2937  Well you might have fallen for that bullshit but I sure didn't. Funny how not a word of seafood was mentioned on that paperwork. Perhaps for a good reason. I know for one thing even Jesus and his desciples ate fish and the Japanese have always eaten a lot of fish. How can you be fooled into believing that people can eat nothing but seeds and grains all year round. Flowers only grow once a year and plants only drop seeds once a year. Fruit only grows in the autumn. How much would they have had to eat in winter? Wheat in those days didn't grow like it does now, it was little more than grass. You go on believing this crap if you wish, men did tear animals apart with their bare hands. Lit fires. This is the reason we grew brains and became what we are. Fact is if you want to turn into a plant again follow the vegans.

I don't agree with veganism because it means you're forced to buy crap package food from the supermarket whereas I live on pure natural foods. I can only wish you the very best of health. My daughter has turned vegan and she's never been sicker sinse she did. She's too old for me to influence but like you she put animal health before her own. Animals were reared for us to eat but that's your problem not mine. You go on eating your flour and corn and sugar loaded bread. It'll only make you sicker but it's vegan.

  17.  @clairewheeler2937  As for the Eight million tons of toxins that has landed so far this year and most of it on the land that is growing wheat, corn, soy, maize, rice, and sugar, not to mention the other junk that is raised to make seed oils for the crap that is used for cooking. Only the seeds and beans are used for the humans, the rest is cut up and thrown the animals and yes I do know it's toxic, that's why these aninals have to have all these shots that they never had to have when they grazed on grass. That crap is no good for the animals and it' s no good for humans either. I don't understand why anyone would want to grow millions of sware miles of it all over the world except to kill off the human race. It's destroying the soil, it's washing the toxins into the oceans along with the soil every time there's wind or rain because there are no wind-breaks. Take a look at the way that stuff is planted and grown. It's in everything on the supermarket shelves and it's bloodywell killing us. That land should be left to grow grass for the animals to eat, they don't need weed killers and toxins in the grass and they don't need to have any furtilizer on the land, the animals firtlilize their own food as they walk over it and water it as well. They don't damage land and they take care of it. Contrary to the belief of vegans. Yes I've heard those stories too. There is a big difference between a factory that makes seed oils and one that makes butter. I'll have the cow.

  18.  @clairewheeler2937  Oh, just noticed that you'd asked me about veccines. Actually I had chicken pox and measles and whooping cough when I was a kid. Vaccines and things like that are definately not the done thing around me. I never even got my daughter vaccinated. She had to get herself vaccinated when she became a nurse a few years ago by order. Australia isn't like the USA. They don't order you to get pumped full of that sort of crap. No, I couldn't think of anything that I did apart from overwork and uner-eating at the time I became sick.

Have you heard about the way they pump kids full of vaccines in the USA? According to the stats I"ve heard about they get about 70 before they're allowed to go to school.   20.  @clairewheeler2937  This sort of thing has been leaking through to me for decades, although not quite the way you've written it of course but enough for me to have been put off vaccines forever. To me it's the same as the food supply, we're being poisoned from every direction. I was watching a series of harmless BBC programs on machinery recently and it all turned out to be the way food was harvested. Very offputting when you see it collected from the land by giant unrecognizable machines and immediatly loaded into eiteen wheelers driving alongside. Made me feel very insignificant indeed. All these thousands of square miles of sugar cane being cut.. well you know the story. As for the viruses.. If you've been watching 'Worldometer" you'll know that much of the world had it's worst day of all yesterday. Brazil had over 55 thousand cases just yesterday, they're digging graves all over the place. And the USA had it's third day of 33 thousand. It just shot up for the first time in weeks. Looks like it could be due to this ramage over George Loyde So England might get it too. Good luck. In the meantime, thanks for the information about the virus studies.

People have found they can make a fortune out of things like oceans of corn, wheat, sugar, etc. All the seed plants that make the oils. They're covering half the USA without even so much as a windbreak, not even a single tree for thousands of acres. It's so sad. They spray toxins all over the land, weedkillers etc. then when it rains alot of the topsoil gets washed away into the oceans and kills off the sea plants and fish. This really hurts me. Watching what happens to the land and the oceans. The animasl used to look after this land and it was a circle. They used to put back what they took out. They ate the grass and crapped on it and re fed it. But now the machines turn the soil and kill the microbimes and the insects in the soil.

What's more they milled wheat with sand which ruined their teeth as I'm sure you can imagine. There really isn't much difference between wheat and sugar, Wheat just turns into sugar as soon as it enters the mouth.

On a vegan diet you can starve to death or even really get sick from lack of decent natural vitamins and minerals. That is something ketogetics will never do. People turn their diabetes waiting weeks on keto because they don't consume sugars. You can't avoid sugar on a vegan diet. Argue that one away now?

There's nothing wrong with my liver which I can honestly say wouldn't be the same if I'd been eating carbs. Sugars start with rotting teeth and continue on through the system with type 2, heart disease and all the other ills that go along with it including obesity as you no doubt are aware. Cancer is on the rise from the same thing. People never suffered with these things without all this junk food and vegans can't help but eat it too. People on a keto diet eat only natural food. It doesn't come in a packet or a can. You can't say that about the vegan diet. As far as animal fats are concerned, we've been eating them since time began. How long has the vegan diet been going? If you're feeding on manufactured oils like sunflower oil, God help you. You don't know what you're doing. Lard and butter has been used for longer than ten thousand years. Veganism has been around since the 1960s. You have no proof that you're children or grandchildren won't go sterile on that stupid diet.
