@markbrakebill1057 UNBIASED? ARE YOU KIDDING? That bunch of religious nutcases? They're all paid by Kellogg's and all the other vegan companies that oh so making loads of money for the SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH who, incidentally are paying NO TAX ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. UNBIASED? DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH!!!!!

@panes840 You can laugh. And make no argument at all. Very clever.

@panes840 You're the expert on fats or so you think, let me hear why they're so bed for you? In the meantime I'll tell you what I think. For one thing your liver is more than two thirds fat, your brain is two thirds fat and you really don't want to starve them now, do you? Now let's get down to carbohydrates. As for sugar, it's a poison, it has no use in our body at all. The small amount we actually require (which works out to about a teaspoon full) can be made by our liver and it's only glucose. The rest of the sugars we consume are totally un needed by the body. In fact that includes all carbohydrates. Until about four hundred years ago Europe had never seen or heard of a potato or a grain of rice and wheat was barely more than a grass back then, so animals were basically all we had to live on, plus the occasional egg we stole and of course fish and anything else we could scavenge. So before you start sniggering at my PhD. Look before you leap. There is an awful lot of nutrient in FAT.

@panes840 Your friend mic is an actor. He brainwashes people. He comes up with NO FACTS at all.

@relaxo2739 If you say so. I fail to see how a creature made of meat can die eating it. Unless they're made herbivores. Humans are not. But that's entirely up to you. Remember this though, at least that your brain is two thirds fat. Don't starve it. If you refuse to eat meat and fish, at least use coconut oil.

@dombarton2483 I swear the most fatty part of the animal these days are given to the pet food companies. Have you ever seen brains of any animal for sale in the supermarket? It's two thirds fat.
1
@panes840 So, you think those bull-headed people actually went and farmed their own land do you? Thay actually had the intelligence to do this? Don't make me laugh.

@onepunchflan3071 Absolutely, and delicious too.

@Sunshineforyou94 People have eaten red meat for millions of years and now, suddenly as the land has been taken over by the likes of Kellogg's and oil manufacturers, Seed growers, big businesses that are manufacturing sugars from grain etc. They have taken over the land, and have also made real enemies of meat by removing the animals from the land. It's the money makers that are calling animals bad for us. But at the same time it's those grains that are making us sick and fat. People don't see what's right under their noses.
1
@Sunshineforyou94 That's exactly what I mean, there's no toxins in meat. But you can believe it because you've been brainwashed like millions of others. You'll continue to believe it anyway. We've been eating meat since the beginning of time. We haven't been growing millions of acres of wheat, barley, oats, millet, rye, and all the crap that's now turned into margarine and oils. But you'll believe it. Beans, more beans etc. Vegans would starve to death without a supermarket.

@rainforestsanctuary-sounds6489 Fibre? Fibre only gives you more poop, you can eat as much of that as you want if you want to eat vegetables. Salads are loaded with it. Celery is almost all fibre. What's your problem? Nuts are loaded with fibre and so are seeds, but it all comes out the other end. That's what fibre does. If you want a life without fibre eat meat, dairy, fish and eggs and there's no fibre in any of it. There's a story that you'll be constiplated which is absolutely untrue. The more fat and cream you consume the more you'll get the runs. The choice is yours.
1
@rainforestsanctuary-sounds6489 People who eat only meat eat only one meal a day and people who eat real food, meat, or fish with vegetables usually only eat one meal or two meals a day. I don't know what the hell you're raving one about with the cholesterol and what it has to do with heme iron or even if it's anything at all to do with fibre. Bile breaks down fat, not fibre. Get of the ignorant thing with me and learn something about it yourself. Bile is made from fat to break down fat. It has nothing to do with fibre. And your version of egg yolk and dairy is only your version from the vegan side of the plate. We've been eating meat and dairy and eggs for millions of years. Vegans have been around sixty years. Grow up before you start telling me about food.
1
@rainforestsanctuary-sounds6489 I'd love to know how long you've been a vegan. You don't seem to see the difference between vegan and vegetarian. If vegans had their way all animals would be killed off and the soil would die. Already the insects and the bees are dying so fast they're irreplaceable. 40% of the bees are already and the animals have only recently been removed from the land to be replaced by junk food. Another sixty years and there will be no soil or insects left.

@rainforestsanctuary-sounds6489 Meat is NOT an inflammatory at all. Leave that to the grains, sugars, and chemicals in factory food.

@arambarsamian6312 What microbiome? I don't need any, I don't eat crap that microbiome feed on. Have a nice night. Where ever you may be and whatever you might be feeding on. I'll enjoy my steak. It's feeds the red meat I'm made of.

@RealRap619 Am I assuming that you're saying meat eaters have no complaints? No reason to lose it? I'm sorry, my arguemnt about vegans flying off the handle is the glucose intake. Give a child a cake and a coke at a birthday party and watch them explode. There's a difference between their food and ours. That's what it's all about. I'm not sayting they all drink fizzy drinks and cakes, but they certainly go overboard with glucose and fructose. You can't get away from that. That's what they live on.
1
@RealRap619 My body has been doing that for a very long time. Over thirty years.
