@clairewheeler2937 As for the Eight million tons of toxins that has landed so far this year and most of it on the land that is growing wheat, corn, soy, maize, rice, and sugar, not to mention the other junk that is raised to make seed oils for the crap that is used for cooking. Only the seeds and beans are used for the humans, the rest is cut up and thrown the animals and yes I do know it's toxic, that's why these aninals have to have all these shots that they never had to have when they grazed on grass.
That crap is no good for the animals and it' s no good for humans either. I don't understand why anyone would want to grow millions of sware miles of it all over the world except to kill off the human race. It's destroying the soil, it's washing the toxins into the oceans along with the soil every time there's wind or rain because there are no wind-breaks. Take a look at the way that stuff is planted and grown. It's in everything on the supermarket shelves and it's bloodywell killing us.
That land should be left to grow grass for the animals to eat, they don't need weed killers and toxins in the grass and they don't need to have any furtilizer on the land, the animals firtlilize their own food as they walk over it and water it as well. They don't damage land and they take care of it. Contrary to the belief of vegans. Yes I've heard those stories too.
There is a big difference between a factory that makes seed oils and one that makes butter. I'll have the cow.

@clairewheeler2937 It's irrelevent what my daughter does with her life she's 44 and has been vegan now for two years. Her life is her own.
As for me I became extrememly ill when I was 29 severely arthritic and all my tendons locked up, every muscle in my body would become enflamed at a touch.
I was so severely damaged then that my daughter would have to change gear for me so I could driver her to school. I couldn't drive myself home, so I would stay with her grandmother all day, she lived next to the school.
This chronic illness only got worse and weakened my muscles and my mind until I was sent to an immunologist who took me off allmost every vegetable on the market, all artificiel colours, flavours and preservatives etc. I had only eaten fresh food so the latter didn't count.
Within four days, for the first time in nearly fourteen years I could actually turn my hands over, open them, turn on a tap.
I cried and cried and cried. To think that vegetables, natural vegetable chemicals in vegetables could cripple me like is makeing me cry now. It's so hard to remember those years, they were so painful. I assure you, I'm no orphan. There are others like me.
My daughter wouldn't try to vegitate me, I still eat meat, fish, eggs, nuts, and a few green beans. That's all.
My point is that vegetables do have defences, they don't want to be eaten, they want their seeds to be spread and they want the fruit to be dropped so they can multiply but just because they can't move don't think they can't do you harm. You're luck, that's all.

@clairewheeler2937 You wouldn't believe this but the last thing I gave up was dairy because I wanted to lose weight and it got rid of the last of my problems, arthritis is my knees. I couldn't believe that there was something in dairy that could do it but I have never eaten cheese and I couldn't believe fat could cause the prblem so after a couple of weeks I started cooking my salmon with butter again. It had no effect. With that, I thought well, if that didn't hurt me I'll try cream in my coffee and that didn't hurt me either. Strange that there was something in milk that was harming me. The only thing that wasn't un-natural, or was it? What the hell, do they do to milk these days?
Of course milk and cream are nearly all fat and milk has lactose and protiens in it. But I've never gone back to milk. Perhaps there's there's a connection. After I found out about the milk with me, I looked it up on the net and discovered I wasn't the only one with a milk problem that causes arthritis either.
I do occasionally get naughty and try things like avocado or baked beans, just can't resist them, but they make the tendons in my hands tighten and my fingers curl up and then OH, F....K it, I can't type. LOL.
