  1. If you throw epidemiology out it's the best thing you could ever do. You might actually find genuine facts from the right places. Epidemiology is a complete waste of time and the whole world knows it. No one has ever done genuine correct healthy tests with healthy food. Just natural food. That's all that needs to be done.

  2. Those people in Japan that live to a hundred grow their own vegies, never spray them with toxins or weed killers and also eat a lot of sea vegies that don't grow in other parts of the planet.
