  7. Oh, I think the vegan doctors are all going very quiet lately. The only trouble is, the sugar dealing companies are taking over and feeding females mainly the foods that are being fed to animals.

  8. It's amazing to me, the people who actually argue that they've been vegan since childhood and are fine. They argue they were vegetarian for years and turned vegan a few years ago and don't take any extra nutrients and are so proud of the fact. They really believe they're healthy and don't see they're health is dropping slowly down. They don't take B12, they actually say they're not taking it, or they lie about it. Or they don't know they're taking it.

  10. They say they're quitting for health reasons but they're actually quitting because they don't like the idea of eating meat. It will kill their children and their grandchildren.

  18. They recon the soy consumption has gone up tenforld and vegans are saying it's down to animal feed, but veganism has gone up tenfold as well. So who's eating it? Soy, is now in everything in the supermarket and in our medicines. We can't get away from that stuff, it's so cheap, it's everywhere.

  21.  @BrisaRuiva  Well if you're a vegetarian now, I believe you. But if you're a vegan, now way are you only eating real food, unless you're living with a chemist. You didn't say which you are now. If you went vegan, I personally think you're nuts. If you went vegetarian, then I fully respect your position. Vegetarians have respect for animals, vegans, (if they get their way) will kill off the planet and all the animals on it.

  23.  @akashajones6079  Yes. I'm well aware that vegetable matter contains protein. Do you have a point to make? I also know that meat and fish contain a lot more protein which means you don't have to spend the day deciding what and how you're going to eat. I eat one meal a day, it takes me ten minutes to prepare and it's over. My kitchen is clean and I'm healthy.
