@ninaalorez2020 Perhaps you're not eating enough fat with your meal. A healthy load of butter with your salmon is wise.

That's called grazing, most cows do that. 😍

@khenmer The more fat you eat the less food you tend to eat. So if you eat less or no carbohydrates you really don't need to eat much at all. Twice a day is fine.

@erinmayo5170 Meat and fat has a lot more vitamins and minerals and you don't need fibre.

Yes vegetable do have glucolse but fruits have a lot more.
