  4. It's the sort of thing you can stick to forever because you actually begin to dislike the taste of sugar after a while as I found out recently when I was in hospital and the food was loaded with the stuff.

  7. Fry your salmon in salmon in butter, it's the only way. Then remover the skin and fry in on both sides till it's really crisp. 😊

  11. My cholesterol is twice the recommended level but doctors wouldn't dare suggest putting me on a statin knowing I'm ketogeic and have been for years. They're nervous about my cholesterol though.

  14. Did he need to? Why should he have to mention that people consumed less calories in the 1800s? We eat far more now but they're down to cakes and donuts etc. A complete waste of time. Children can guzzle 200c in five minutes on coke alone.
