  1. The city spends so much money trying to break the homeless but they would never think to help them. All that money trying to harm the homeless when they could probably spend a lot less finding them somewhere to sleep. How many people could fit into a building that just contains sleeping compartments? Cubicles that a person can lock oneself into for the night?

  2. People don't have to be mentally ill. They just have to be broke and hungry. That's not a crime but it soon turns onto one if people are ignored.
