I feel sorry for the vegans that are growing up swearing this is bad news.

When it first happened to me I was 29. I got stuck mid sentence talking to my neighbour. It was the first moment of the rest of my life when I found out I'd forgotten every name of everything. I had to start relearning them all over again and it took me so long. I couldn't even remember the name of a can of beans, a vegetable, a piece of fruit. The fact is if supermarkets didn't exist I would have been incapable of shopping for myself. It was horrific. Now forty years later I can get by but I still can't remember people's names or places. Not even the next suburb or my last address. It can be so embarrassing at times. What happened? I had a epileptic seizure.

The one thing this guy never mentioned, the whole truth about what kills is sugar. It's what causes cholesterol to try to save the arteries. It's what causes the blockages in the first place. Type 2 is the beginning and it often turns to heart disease. Did your book tell you this?

I can't help it, I had to smile when he called them jellies. My mind looked at a supermarket type jelly. Imagine that swimming around in the sea.

@SayYourSomething When I lived in London (a long time ago) they delivered milk in glass bottles with aluminium foil lids. "Blue Tits" very small birds would attack the lids until they'd made a hole in them while still on the doorstep and steal the cream off the top of the milk for as long as they could from the earliest chance. Back then, the milk was delivered at about five am. I'd be surprised if milk is delivered in glass bottles now so they won't get the chance anymore. I can't imagine how they ever knew how to do it but they all did it. Very clever little birds, no bigger than sparrows.

White man have done it everywhere in the world, all the American continent, Australia, Africa to mention but half the world. I'm not saying it's right but it happened.
5
Really interesting and educational work. Thank you very much for this.

Bloody thieves.

@fabiotacconi9230 When babies are hungry and mothers are dead fathers will do anything to keep their children alive. All fathers, from any animal.
4
Women that go on a vegan diet often get it because they add more sugar and carbs to their food. This is a shock to the system. Look out.
3
Cooking furmes and gasses. When one doesn't open the windows or have somewhere to let the cooking fumes out.
3
When the population of the world stop breeding like rabbits we might have a chance. And living on grain isn't the answer.
3
I sure hope these countries see this program and do something about this.
2
Whole grains, fibrous fruits etc. will only pass through you leaving just the sugar behind. Fibre isn't worth the money you pay.
2
Sounds to me like you're trying to start another war.
2
If all creatures didn't feel pain and love and caring, we and they wouldn't exist.
2
At last. People who know the truth.
2
Lipids are money making dangerous drug that should never be on the market. We need our cholesterol. No too many doctors will tell you to cut back on sugar instead.
2
@thorpeaaron1110 Now China is at it.

IF, you have to keep consistent sleeping hours, then how can it be "natural" hormonal system? It doesn't matter what I do, I have a 25 hour day/night period and it seems there's nothing I'm able to do about it. My life slips from night to day all the time slowly slipping round the clock.
1
The FACT is: IF you don't need them, you kill them off, they're a waste of space.
1
I loved it. Thank you.

I had my gall bladder removed because it wasn't getting bile. That's the usual cause. Bile is made by cholesterol. Be careful what you're told. Gallstones aren't made from cholesterol.
1
This whole program was totally wrong. It's sugar that does the damage, not cholesterol. It's like blaming the fire brigade for starting the fire.
1
Personally, I would like to buried without a funeral and a box. With a tree seed to grow over me so something will me useful as I rot the tree will grow and I will be of use instead of laying in a fake bed for a thousand years looking pretty.
1
You should never assume anything. We have for thousands of years assumed that we were at the centre of the universe.

@Parker_Miller_M.S. BOLLOCKS. I've eaten no fibre in 35 years and I'm 73. I suffer no illnesses and no pain at all. So go back to med school and learn a bit more. BTW. My A1c is 4.2
1
@Parker_Miller_M.S. Well my heart is in fine condition and so are my arteries. Vegans can argue the toss over their health too and say they have fine health, but it won't last. The cholesterol isn't sufficient. Most vegans only survive a couple of years before eating a more sufficient diet. They wake up. The women when their periods stop and the men because they can't raise one.
1
@Parker_Miller_M.S. Yes, right. It strikes me as amusing that all the vegan doctors that used to spend so much time praising the subject on the net, either disappeared or died off. There aren't many left. Only one or two and they are horribly religious.
1
@parkchimmin7913 Sorry, don't know that word.
1
@parkchimmin7913 If you mean lactose intolerant, I'm lactose intolerant and that doesn't stop me from consuming other things like butter and cream. Even cheese has no lactose in it.

There's a story Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride tells about a couple who died and a tree was planted in honor of them. A long time later the tree was dug up and they found the roots had taken the shape of the couple that were buried there. Yes, even trees eat people, you can't get away from it. If that tree had been a fruit tree you might have been eating that couple.

Singapore is surrounded by water. Surely it would be easier to desalinise that than take poop out of the sewage. Is that too simple?
1
You're right of course, avocados are dangerous, no doubt about that.
1
Who's asking for a God? A vaccine that kills off everything? You really are joking.
1
No such thing.
1
Well, I consider myself lucky. I haven't had an infection of any sort since I was about twenty-five and I'm now seventy. I now fear the next one because because it may kill me.
1
He never mentioned how dangerous sugar and carbohydrates are. That's what causes all the problems.
1
It looks like it's about 30 Years old. It's really out of date.
1
I wouldn't mind a couple of them to clean my kitchen floor.
1
I haven't had an ice cream in forty years and I live in Australia. 😣😣🙄🙄 Perhaps it's not appealing to us all.
1
How do you know it's good to have a variety? Why do you think it's wise to have such a variety?
1
There's only a certian amount of water and land. If you keep building and living right on the edge of the land it's going to disappear while there is always going to be volcanoes all over the world making more land but you can't live on it yet. We must have twenty live volcanoes now spouting more land all the time. We can't have it all. If you're going to keep building land, where's the water going to go?
1
Just because you know the names of these creatures in your digestion, it doesn't mean you know why they're there. Stop playing games with people's digestion.
1
Absolutely beautiful, tasty and healthy food. Really good for vegans 😏
1
@dotwarner17 I can think of a few animals and birds that drink cows milk. Human's are not the only ones. 😍
1
@Parker_Miller_M.S. And their glucose levels and weight? What are these wonderful people eating? What's more are these high LDL levels killing them, Or are you putting them on drugs anyway.
1
@ Work out what causes LDL and you'll have the answer to all the world's problems.
1
This is just a pack of lies to sell drugs. Statins never saved anyone, and people didn't die from cholesterol before statins were invented. They're just a billion dollar market for the drug company.
1
@SarinByFar Okay, you believe what you like. Sugar is the cause of most heart attacks as most are caused by pre-diabetes, which most people have these days. Statins have been around for near fifty years and how many people have they saved? A hundred years ago, people didn't die at all from heart disease. Explain that.
