  2. Wow, back in the old days in my little old ford I had a thermostat issues so I got the mechanic to remove it and it cost me five dollars. FULL STOP. Boy have things changed. I didn't even have to replace my thermostat as I live in Australia and it doesn't get cold enough there to worry.
