  2.  @antman7673  There are at least a few problems. One, some are demanding that other people change their behavior, definitions, etc. Two, women's sports were created when people generally agreed that "woman" meant "adult female humans", and dividing sports by a social identity makes no sense. Three, children may be making irreversible medical changes. If it were just people deciding, "I'm a man / woman / cat (seriously - xenogenders) / non-binary / gender-fluid today" I'd agree that there's little reason for any fuss. But if you demand changes from other people then it's no longer a case of "it's nobody's business but ours."

  3. Greater awareness makes sense. I do wonder how stimuli-overwhelmable and socially awkward someone has to be to qualify as abnormally so. And I have no idea what proportion of self-diagnosed people actually have the condition.
