  1. Ukraine might consider getting Crimea back a condition of victory, but it wasn't willing to fight Russia over it before. OTOH, Russia's been given a bloody nose, so Ukraine might feel more ambitious now.

  2.  @ronblack7870  The U.S. didn't have ayny comittment to defend Ukraine with armed force in that treaty. We were supposed to raise the issue to the U.N. security council IIRC; hopefully Obama did that. But yes, Ukraine should have kept its nuclear weapons.
