  1. The first part seems straightforward: "Victims" could be understood to imply that there is a perpetrator. "Rioters", "looters", or "arsonists" is a bit more iffy to me tbh. I don't think they are relevant unless Rittenhouse saw them doing that. Saying there were rioters, etc.,, active in the area would be relevant.

  2.  @drmattbarnes1371  I get that. I just don't know if it's relevant unless Rittenhouse saw them riot or loot. I suppose it could back up claims that he saw them do that, though.
