  1. In all honesty, I think there is a case to be made, but it isn't a very strong one. While it's true that some on the left are explicitly in favor of racial discrimination, Mr. Alba was arrested for stabbing rather than shoplifting. If the no-bail "reform" applies to stabbings, then 100% he's got a case; otherwise, while it was clearly a miscarriage of justice and he should sue for false arrest, there may not be the evidence there that racism was involved.
