  1. I'm surprised that they found the Kardashians defamed her. IIRC, the defendant has to say something false or recklessly claim something without caring about the truth to be found guilty. If she held a gun to his head and wrapped a telephone cord around his neck, how would the defendants know she was doing it playfully? Also, she needs a gun safety course.
