  1. I always thought Roe v Wade was bad law. It always seemed to me like they made up their own constitutional right, and then didn't bother to acknowledge the possibility of a right to life on the part of the fetus. But I completely believe it will mobilize the left. This may have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory for the right.
