@Will-ug5rs I think people have the right to defend property using non-lethal measures, and if the rioters escalate to where self=defense is needed, that's on them. And considering what happened to Kyle, I think it's probably a good thing he was armed. Maybe the rioters should have stayed home.

@Will-ug5rs Pardon my obsession with detail, but my answer to "is it OK to travel to a conflict with an AR-15 and kill 2 fellow humans" is in two parts. The first part, "is it OK to travel to a conflict with an AR-15" is yes. For "Is it OK to fill 2 fellow humans" : if it's self-defense, yes. But think the question I'm supposed to answer is, "Is it OK to go armed into a situation where people can be easily provoke?" And my answer is yes. IMHO, people being easily provoked is no reason to give them any latitude whatsoever. You don't give ground to mobs to save their lives. Any action they take is still 100% their responsibility. Look, I get that if Kyle had stayed home, two people might have lived. And the death of skateboard guy might be a tragedy -- he may have honestly thought he was catching a murderer. But he was mistaken. And I appreciate that you put a very high value on all human life. Regarding Rosenbaum, I think we're going to disagree on that. I acknowledge he was human and a person, but he lost most of my regard when I heard he threatenedt to kill Rittenhouse if he got him alone. His species was less important than his character. I admit that stance holds individual responsibility over human life.

Thank you for keeping things honest. I hope a judge or jury can see hostile intent so Kyle can bag a slander judgement.
