  1. I think it's properly legal -- and part of a political witch hunt. If the government goes after one side (Trump, January 6th rioters) more than the other side (Hillary Clinton, Antifa, BLM) for similar actions then it can be 100% legal and 100% political. If the highway patrol went after Black speeders but just smiled and waved at Whites ones, they'd be enforcing the law, but it's still be nauseating.
