The cop was rude and abrasive and needs a refresher, but IMHO Hill was a lot worse. The cops had every reason to demand compliance on the window. I will admit that maybe Hill had no idea why he was in handcuffs, but that would depend on him being really stupid, so I don't know if that's really a defense. Also, Nate, you need to be pounding a table or something when you say, "You can't handle the truth!" V. disappointed.
