  1. It's true that inaccuacies and inconsistencies don't prove that a rape didn't happen, but in our legal system you don't have to prove innocence. This sounds like a case of her word vs. his, and she's been shown unreliable. If I were on a jury, reasonable doubt would be pretty easy.
