  1. Yes, I like it. Prosecutors are dropping charges for some people due to political bias or "bad optics," leaving private citizens no ways to defend themselves other than to kill offenders and hide the bodies. OTOH, it does have grounds for abuse. I keep seeing people take 13 items through the 10 items or fewer lane at the grocery store, and it's awfully tempting...
