  1. TBH, I'm not sure I'd charge Baldwin with involuntary manslaughter or negligent homicide for pulling the trigger. I would have checked the gun for live rounds and anyone knowledgeable about guns should have because it takes a moment to prevent a world of hurt, but it was someone else's responsibiity to make that a cold gun. OTOH, I'd charge him as the producer if that's possible.
