  1. That's all good, but there's the little problem of more expensive housing in a state already plagued with a housing crisis. There are no solutions in life, only trade-offs (paraphrasing Dr. Sowell).

  2. I left in 2021. They made it effectively legal to shoplift < $1000, and illegal to have separate boys and girls aisles in toy stores. When they started to seriously consider taxing people after they left the state, it was the last straw.
