  1. I'm going to throw big one into the mix: Trump should talk about making Puerto Rico a state. It voted for statehood once, but neither party has been anxious to open that can of worms, probably especially the GOP. But Latinos are the growth demographic in the U.S., and Trump is making inroads with them. If there is a time to get Latinos to re-evaluate their political alignment, that time is now.
